We accept cash, Visa, Discover, MasterCard, American Express and all major debit cards. Third-party financing, often at no or low interest for qualified applicants, is available through CareCredit. Please see their websites for details and to complete an application online.
After you receive treatment, we will send you a monthly statement. Most insurance companies respond within 4 to 6 weeks. If your statement does not reflect your insurance payment, please contact our office. After your insurance has paid, any remaining balance is your responsibility.
You are fully responsible for all fees charged by this office regardless of your insurance coverage.
Crescent Dental is a Non-Network Provider!
Seeking a dentist within your network may not be the best choice for you. Although we are a non-network provider, that does not mean you cannot receive treatment in our dental office. Our fees are usually within the usual, customary and reasonable charges allowed by your insurance company. Please contact our office with any questions.
To expedite reimbursement, please bring your insurance information to your consultations and appointments.
